Windows CE on Windows 10 problem installing driver

I had a problem with driver install for windows CE 6.5 device on windows 10 1709. 
Installed Windows Mobile Device Center:

Device keeps disconectiong and it's not recognised in Windows Mobile Device.
So what I did?

I  installed HHP PDT Driver and ActiveSync worked as charm.
Device got recognised.

Windows could not set the offline locale information error during install. Error Code 0x80000001: I had recovery disc with multiple languages. Mine solution was that I HAD to install windows on PC language: example: PC bought in Turkey and I had to choose lagnuage to install "Turkish", in every other language I had this problem. Than I had to use sysprep to change display language. You can use Vistalizator too (http://www.froggie.sk/download.html) Hope this helps.

The Registry Editor could not set security in the key currently selected, or some of its subkeys" error fix / registry you don't have permission to view current permission settings

The above error happens when you or some program tries to change permissions on some registry keys in Windows Vista or Windows 7. Here is the fix.... Download  PsExec.exe  to your  desktop  (IMPORTANT!) Go Start and in "Start search" type in: cmd Hold CTRL and SHIFT keys, press Enter. Command prompt window will open. Copy and paste following command: "%userprofile%\desktop\psexec" -i -d -s c:\windows\regedit.exe Press Enter. Registry Editor will open. Now you'll be able to change permissions for any key.
