When I try to open a Project on .NET Compact Framework in VS 2008 (installed Windows Mobile Pro SDK) it says: "Microsoft.CompactFramework.CSharp.targets'  was not found". Slow decrypt in domain .NET System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates I had stupid problem where application was slow when it tried to decrypt an xml document. Reason was it uses "System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates" and tries to contact domain server, but someone set gateway on client PC wrong. IP Address is eg. 192.168.0.2 but someone set gateway to 192.168.0.4 and there it was. When I changed gateway to domain server adress decrypt was fast again. Hope it helps.

Windows could not set the offline locale information error during install. Error Code 0x80000001: I had recovery disc with multiple languages. Mine solution was that I HAD to install windows on PC language: example: PC bought in Turkey and I had to choose lagnuage to install "Turkish", in every other language I had this problem. Than I had to use sysprep to change display language. You can use Vistalizator too (http://www.froggie.sk/download.html) Hope this helps.
